Google adsense team has updated the text ad format to include next and previous arrow buttons for CPC(Cost Per Click ) type ads.
When user will click on Next button, A complete new set of ads will be visible to him. This will give user more control over the ads they see and click.
There is no earning if user click on either next or previous button.
With this update the interaction of user with Ads will increase and hence more possibility of finding the items he was looking for.

I just began posting AdSense on my website. The "back" and "next" buttons didn't appear in the preview. I saw them when I went to my website. There was no border around the ad and the buttons looked separate from it. I didn't know where the buttons came from them. I clicked on them several times before realizing they were part of the ad unit. So, am I screwed for clicking on the ads? I think it's misleading not to show them in the preview.
